Welcome to PAL United BJJ, located in the legendary Upper Darby Boxing Club in Upper Darby, PA.
Started in 1998 by Mike Ammon, PAL United BJJ employs a combination of Brazilian Jiu-Jjitsu (BJJ), Grappling, Wrestling, Judo and Sambo.
Learn takedowns, throws, striking counters, submission holds and positional control for self defense, competition (BJJ, grappling, wrestling, MMA) and/or to get into incredible shape.
